Debtor has a living trust, can judgment be enforced?

Living trust can be attached for Judgment recovery collection

This is a complex situation, it depends on the state statute, along with the type of trust that the debtor has in place. In most cases, a revocable trust can allow a creditor to collect from the debtor, as this type of trust allows for changes to be made in the trust's structure. On the flip side, an irrevocable trust can not be changed, therefore a creditor most likely will not be able to collect in this case.
This type of enforcement is not for rookies, the complexity, efforts, time  and expended resources  are extensive . It may be in your best interest to assign your judgment to a judgment enforcement firm like Sigma Recovery Group.

Sigma Recovery Group has the experience, knowledge and resources to enforce these types of judgments. Contact us for to discuss your options.
